Unique Process and Long Service Life: The black nylon hand pad uses a nylon fiber structure to bond the abrasive particles to a flexible synthetic fiber mesh, ensuring a good fit to contours and surfaces. The gaps in the fiber mesh allow debris to escape without clogging the abrasive particles. The fibers in the mesh continuously break down during use, exposing fresh abrasive particles, which results in excellent cutting performance and an extremely long service life.
Wear Resistance: The high-quality silicon carbide abrasives selected for the non-woven grinding disc gradually wear down during use, revealing new sharp abrasive particles. This ensures that the disc maintains stable grinding and polishing performance over the long term.
Better Anti-Clogging and Heat Dissipation: Nylon abrasive pads feature a multi-layer fiber mesh composite structure.
