Flexible and Pliable Backing: The film backing allows the purple polyester ceramic discs to bend and conform to edges, curves, and uneven surfaces without cracking or breaking. This flexibility makes the discs suitable for both flat and contoured surfaces, from large panels to intricate details.
Special Anti-Clogging Coating: The abrasive film uses a double layer of adhesive resin to securely attach the ceramic grains, reducing cracking and grain loss while ensuring long-lasting performance. The anti-clogging open coating technology increases the spacing between grains, minimizing clogging and wear, especially when sanding cork, sealants, or paint.
