The abrasive materials used in abrasive tools mainly include alminum oxide, white alumina, black silicon carbide, and green silicon carbide, etc.:

1. Aluminum Oxide has high toughness and is suitable for grinding carbon steel, alloy steel, malleable cast iron, hard bronze, and other materials with high tensile strength;

2. White Alumina has higher hardness than Aluminum Oxide, and better cutting and grinding performance. It is suitable for fine grinding processes of hardened steel, high-carbon steel, high-speed tools, and other materials;

3. Black silicon carbide has high hardness, is brittle and sharp, and is suitable for grinding and cutting materials with low tensile strength, such as cast iron, glass, ceramics, stone, refractory materials, etc.;

4. Green silicon carbide has higher purity than black silicon carbide and is suitable for grinding hard and brittle materials such as hard alloy, optical glass, gemstone, and agate.
