Golden Abrasive Green Film Disc AG312 contains durable, fast-cutting abrasive discs for aggressive collision repair jobs. Discs feature premium zirconium oxide and pet film, which provides excellent cutting performance, perfect polishing surface, longer service lifetime with durability, and reduces work time. Multi-hole construction helps clear dust from the disc surface. The discs feature adhesive backing for fast, easy changeout.

With its Zirconium Alumina mineral abrasive, the Abrasive sanding disc provides a sharp cut — more aggressive than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade. Polyester film backing makes the disc ideal for more aggressive auto body sanding jobs such as High gloss polishing, Aluminum alloy, and nonferrous metal, and automotive painting and refinishing.

 

The Semi-open coating construction means the abrasive grains on Zirconium Abrasive Polishing Pet Film Sanding Disc are placed with space between them to help evacuate sanding dust and other debris to avoid clogging the cutting edge of the grains. The load-resistant coating on the abrasive grains also allows the disc to continue cutting even when sanding paints and other materials that would otherwise clog the disc and hinder sanding ability. All of this adds up to increased productivity and reduced material consumption.
