Water Sandpaper Polishing Process For Marble Finished Stone Polishing
First, 80# water sandpaper (coarse grinding processing), put water and water sandpaper on the product processing surface. Put the water-abrasive sandpaper on the processing surface of the product by hand and grind it countless times evenly during the grinding process. The hand should add some pressure appropriately so that the grinding effect will be faster and the traces of the previous process will be removed (the following processing is the same).
How can we see that the traces of the previous process have been cleared? Wipe off any water on the surface of the product. From the side, it can be seen that this process mainly grinds the shape of the product in place and smoothes the unevenness of the product processing surface. This process must be polished well; otherwise, the subsequent processes will not be able to meet the requirements, no matter how hard it is. Note: 80# water sandpaper is a rough grinder with coarse grains and a high grinding capacity. to grasp;
Second, 150# water sandpaper: This process removes the traces of rough grinding 80#, leaving relatively fine shreds, and the product processing surface is smooth.
Third, 320# water sandpaper (fine grinding): The product processing surface begins to have a weak gloss, and the product processing surface has fruit grains and patterns. The colors are all rendered.
Fourth, 800# water sandpaper: the product processing surface begins to have a weak gloss, and the product processing surface is smooth. Delicate, no touch;
Fifth, 1500# water sandpaper (fine grinding): After water grinding, the gloss can reach about 1520 degrees, and it begins to reach the level of fine grinding.
Sixth, 3000# water sandpaper grinding (fine grinding): the color of the product processing surface is bright. The gloss can reach about 4050 degrees. The naked eye can no longer see any traces of the processed surface. Note: 3000# water sandpaper must use a small amount of water to grind evenly countless times until the water is dry and the gloss is improved. Add some water for a better grinding effect. Presents good cleanliness;
Seventh, polishing: polishing with polishing powder, use a clean cotton cloth to add a small amount of water and polishing powder to grind back and forth evenly on the processing surface of the product countless times until the water is dry and the turbulence reaches the standard. Shiny. The turbulence can reach 90-110 degrees, and the color, particle, and pattern are actual, natural, and truly reflect the natural beauty of marble products.
Eighth, waxing: its function: 1. Waxing is a protective effect of stone, preventing sundries in the air from flowing into the processing surface of the product; 2. If the gloss is a little bit poor, waxing can improve the front; 3. Waxing can protect the long-lasting shine;4. There are a few pores, gaps, and tiny marks on the processed surface of the product, which can be removed by waxing wool.
