Multiple Grit Sizes for Efficient Grinding: Our zirconia abrasive film discs are available in a wide range of grit sizes, from P40 to P2000, to meet various processing requirements such as coarse grinding, medium grinding, fine grinding, and superfine grinding. The moderate thickness of the abrasive layer prevents excessive wear while maintaining sufficient grinding force, ensuring efficient and stable operation.

Multi-Hole Design for a Larger Grinding Area: The holes on the multi-hole green film disc expand the grinding area, improve overall efficiency, and effectively reduce heat buildup during sanding.
