What Are The Steps Of Making Sponge Sand?
1. Filling: Use polyethylene film as the matrix, fill the front of the polyethylene film with a positive binder, and form a positive filling layer on the front of the polyethylene film, including n-butyronitrile emulsion and modified phenolic resin. The modified nitrile emulsion is 68%-73%, the modified phenolic resin is 8%-13%, and the filler is 18%-23%.
2. Primer coating: Coat the front surface of the PE film-positive layer to form a primer layer on the front side of the filling layer. The content of the modified nitrile emulsion in the base material is 58%-63%, and the modified phenolic resin accounts for 13%-16%, fillers account for 18%-22%, and R compulsive agents account for 4%-6%.

3. Electrostatic sand planting: the obtained polyethylene film is treated with sand planting, and the abrasive is treated with electrostatic sand planting equipment so that the abrasive adheres to the front of the bottom rubber layer to form an abrasive layer.
4. Pre-drying: pre-drying the obtained polyethylene film;

5. The surface of the polyethylene film obtained in step 4 is coated with a composite adhesive to form a composite layer in front of the bottom of the polyethylene film. Among them, modified polyurethane accounts for 93%-97%, and reinforcing agent accounts for 3%-7%.
6. Main drying: drying the obtained polyethylene film.

7. Sponge glue bonding: sponge glue and polyethylene film are combined to form sponge sand blocks, the content of modified nitrile emulsion in sponge glue is 58%-63%, and the content of the boron-modified phenolic resin is 37%-42%;
8. Solidification: use numerical control solidification equipment, and then obtain sponge sand.
